• A confirmation email will be sent after successfully completing the booking process.

Booking Date and Time

• Bookings can only be scheduled for today's date or any future date.
• The user must select a valid time slot for the cleaning service.

Non-Cancellation Policy

• Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you attempt to cancel, you will be charged 40% of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee.

Payment Upon Completion

• After the cleaning service is completed, you will be required to provide valid card details for payment.
• The amount due will be charged to your card upon successful completion of the cleaning.

Pricing and Charges

• Prices for the cleaning service are displayed at the time of booking and may include additional charges for extra tasks or special requests.
• All payments will be processed in the currency specified during booking.

Cancellation Fee

• If you cancel your booking, 40% of the total booking amount will be automatically charged as a cancellation fee.

Accurate Information

• You must provide truthful and accurate information when booking.
• Any misleading or incomplete details may result in the cancellation of your service without refund.

House Access and Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning personnel have the proper means of access to your home or property.
• Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may be treated as a cancellation, and the 40% cancellation fee will apply.

Pets

• If you have pets, you must specify this during the booking process.
• Any special arrangements required for pets must be communicated in advance.

Cleaning Products

• You must indicate whether you will provide cleaning products or require us to supply them during the booking process.

• The cleaning service is limited to the tasks and rooms specified during the booking process.
• Additional tasks or requests outside the original booking may incur extra charges and must be pre-approved.

Service Performance

• While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, we do not guarantee perfection or flawless outcomes.

Damages

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages to your property or belongings.
• Any claims regarding damages caused by our personnel must be reported within 24 hours after the service.

Delays

• We are not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or emergencies.

• No refunds will be provided once the cleaning service is completed.
• If a cancellation occurs, 40% of the booking fee will be deducted as a cancellation charge, and the remaining amount will not be refunded.

• After booking, you can download our mobile app to track your cleaning service.
• The app will provide updates regarding your service, including the assigned cleaner's progress.

• We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service for reasons including but not limited to:
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Inappropriate or unsafe working conditions.
• Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

• By using our service, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
